TÖMER Examinations are administered on weekdays at 1:30 p.m. Students who wish to take the examination are required to apply to the Examination Unit staff, located on the second floor of the TÖMER service building, with a petition, passport, and proof of payment.

Examination fees must be paid directly at the bank branch. Payments made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) or wire transfer through mobile banking applications will not be accepted. Students who will take the examination may make cash payments in person at the Halkbank Gazi University Branch, which is within walking distance of the Gazi TÖMER service building, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on the day of the examination.

By virtue of the Resolution of the Gazi TÖMER Administrative Board No. 2020/19 and the Resolution of the Revolving Fund Executive Board No. 26.11.2020/24, the “Turkish Diploma Examination” has been abolished and, as of January 4, 2021, replaced by the “Turkish Certificate Examination.”
